The Royal Mail Statutory Pension Scheme (RMSPS) pension portal is now available to all members, including those who have benefits in the Royal Mail Pension Plan (RMPP). The portal lets you change your personal details, change your address as well as providing detailed information about your benefits.
Registering for the pension portal is easy and only takes a few minutes. Once you have registered, you can sign in by using the button at the top of the page or by clicking here.
Before you register, please make sure:
• You are a member of the RMSPS; and
• You have your National Insurance number to hand.
When you get to the registration page, you'll need to:
• Enter the security code shown on the registration screen;
• Create a sign in name and password;
• Create a security question and answer;
• Provide your National Insurance number, your date of birth, a contact email address, and your phone number.
We’ll then email you a PIN number to complete your registration.
If you forget any of your details after you have registered, you can reset your password and PIN as well as getting a reminder of your sign in name.
Only individuals who are members of the RMSPS can access the portal. For the security of members, any unauthorised attempt to access the portal will be monitored and may be subject to legal action.
If you have benefits in the RMSPS and RMPP, you will have been in the scheme both before and after 1 April 2012 and are known as a joint member. This means that you now have two points of contact for your benefits, one for those built up before 1 April 2012 which are now in the RMSPS, and one for those built up from 1 April 2012 which are in the RMPP.
