Inside the pensions portal you’ll find lots of information about your pension and be able to update your personal details or change your address. 

Registering for the pensions portal is easy and will only take a few minutes. Once you have registered you can sign in directly by using the button at the top of the page or clicking here.

Before you register, please make sure:

  • You are a member of the Royal Mail Statutory Pension Scheme.
  • You have your National Insurance number and date of birth to hand.

When you get to the registration page, you'll need to:

  • Enter the security code shown
  • Create a sign in name and password
  • Create a security question and answer
  • Provide your National Insurance number, a contact email address, phone number and date of birth.

Only individuals who are members of the Royal Mail Statutory Pension Scheme can access the portal. For the security of members, any unauthorised attempt to access the portal will be monitored and may be subject to legal action.

Please note that registration is currently only available for Pensioner and Deferred members of the Royal Mail Statutory Pension Scheme. If you are also a member of the Royal Mail Pension Plan you will not currently be able to register, this service will be available to you at a later date.
