You are only one short step
away from the pension portal

The portal lets you change your personal details, change your address as well as providing detailed information about your benefits. 

Registering for the pension portal is easy and will only take a few minutes. Once you have registered, you can sign in by using the button at the top of the page or by clicking here.

Before you register, please make sure that:

  • You are a member of the Royal Mail Statutory Pension Scheme; and
  • You have your National Insurance number to hand.

When you get to the registration page, you'll need to:

  • Enter the security code shown on the registration screen;
  • Create a sign in name and password;
  • Create a security question and answer; and
  • Provide your National Insurance number, your date of birth, a contact email address, and your phone number.

We'll then email you a PIN number to complete your registration.

If you have already registered but have forgotten your details, you can reset your password and PIN or get a reminder of your sign in name. Simply click on the links under ‘Reminders’ on the sign in home page.

Only individuals who are members of the Royal Mail Statutory Pension Scheme can access the portal. For the security of members, any unauthorised attempt to access the portal will be monitored and may be subject to legal action.
